Security and Crew Resource Management (CRM).
Our
instructing team has extensive experience in creating,
customising and designing training course material. We
are experienced in the creation and delivery of courses
meeting the full requirements of both your regulator and
your specific operators procedures. Our training solution
is available for any aircraft type and can be adapted
to meet your needs. Active Aviation Training can offer
modular subjects as standalone training to accompany and
compliment any in-house training programmes. Training
can be delivered at base, or any location suitable to
your operation.
Flight
Crew/Pilot Operators Conversion Course
Our
Operators Conversion Course, typically 3 to 5 days in
duration [depending on operators requirements] covers
emergency and safety equipment training and checking,
including: general first aid training, ditching procedures
training using equipment in water, survival, practical
fire and smoke training, practical instruction on the
use of exits and all safety equipment, Dangerous Goods,
Security and Crew Resource Management (CRM).

Flight
Crew/Pilot Recurrent Training and Checking
Our
Recurrent Course, typically 3 days in duration [depending
on the aircraft type(s) and operator specific requirements]
is designed to meet the needs of the recurrent training
and checking programme applicable to operators across
the world. The programme can include annual (12 month
requirement), bi-annual (24 month requirement) and or
tri-annual training (36 month requirements). The training
solution will be adapted to reflect the procedures, aircraft
type(s) and equipment within each operator and shall cover
the required subjects such as practical fire & smoke,
theory and or practical instruction on the use of exits
and all safety equipment as applicable, survival, aero-medical/first
aid, Dangerous Goods, Security and Crew Resource Management
(CRM).

The
Recurrent training can be combined with Cabin Crew, either
in its entirety, or as standalone modules, the aim being
to ensure maximum operational interaction with CRM being
a base line and integrated into all aspects of training.
Training
hours are based on average group sizes and take into account
time spent on practical exercises and assessments, interactive
team exercises, facilitated learning and traditional lectures,
examinations and adequate breaks.
Our

/ Pilots, with the ability to combine with cabin crew
