Active Aviation Training, part of Active Solutions Consulting Group (ASCG),
delivers training to cabin crew/flight attendants and pilots from our
airline customers across the world. Airline Training Courses are
delivered both in the UK and overseas and include:
(EU) OPS
1 Cabin Crew Initial Training Course
Our Cabin
Crew Initial Training Course, which is up to 10 days in duration, is
designed for cabin crew/flight attendants who are new to an operator
and/or who require training in accordance with (EU) OPS 1.
Our Cabin
Crew Initial Training Courses include water survival training, fire and
smoke training, medical aspects and first aid training, passenger
handling training, dangerous goods training and security training,
communication, discipline/responsibilities and crew resource management
(CRM).

Cabin Crew Conversion/Differences Training Course
Our Cabin Crew Conversion Course, which is up to 5 days in duration
depending on aircraft type and operator specific requirements, is
designed for cabin crew/flight attendants who are new to an operator and
who have completed Cabin Crew Initial Training or for cabin crew/flight
attendants who are new to operating on a specific aircraft type.
We can deliver Cabin Crew Conversion Training on any aircraft type in
accordance with (EU) OPS 1 including practical training. Our Cabin Crew
Conversion Training Courses include fire and smoke training, operation
of doors and exits, evacuation slide training, evacuation procedures and
other emergency situations, crowd control, pilot incapacitation
training, safety equipment, passenger briefing and safety
demonstrations, (EU) OPS 1 requirements and crew resource management (CRM).

Cabin Crew Recurrent Training (12 Months and 36 Months) Course
Our Cabin Crew Recurrent Course, which is up to 5 days in duration,
depending on aircraft types and operator specific requirements, is
designed for cabin crew/flight attendants who require Recurrent Training
which covers a range of subjects every 12 and/or 36 calendar months.
We can deliver Recurrent Training in accordance with (EU) OPS 1 including
practical training. Our recurrent training courses include emergency
procedures and pilot incapacitation training, evacuation procedures and
crowd control techniques, touch drills, location and handling of
emergency equipment, first aid and contents of first aid kits, stowage
of articles in the cabin, security procedures, incident and accident
review, crew resource management (CRM), fire and smoke, training and
operation of doors and exits, pyrotechnic and liferaft/slideraft
training.
Training hours are based on average group sizes and take into account
time spent on practical exercises, team exercises, lectures,
examinations and adequate breaks. For Conversion/Differences Training,
course content will vary according to the specific differences required
to be covered.
